Levelin’ like a bitch from hell
by Deviled Jess on May.26, 2009, under Archives
From the previous post, I’ve mentioned that I would be playing ROHAN: Blood Feud. And guess what, I am. It’s been 4 days since then and after several trial and error characters, I’ve finally settled on a main character.
Right now, I’m playing a human race, which also dabbles in the knight class. Which eventually would become a Guardian or a Defender, to which I chose to be a Guardian. As of today, my character has leveled to 26 (bloody hell, leveling is like a bitch in this game, very stingy with their experience. I’ve slaved day and night over the game and I’m never complaining that the official RO game is HARD ever again!). Another 4 more levels to 30 to which I would be able to spend 100k crones on a mount just for faster transport and also to which I would be a official PvP player (not like I want to, but it’s a default setting) and also VERY killable.
Have I mentioned? I don’t like PvP? Well, I just did. I absolutely hate to PvP lor. Especially since there was a player in game who told me that level 9X players would just randomly assasinate lower level players JUST FOR FUN and because they just love to PK newbs.
Totally hate PvP. That’s why, I’d probably be getting another game to play alongside this one. So right now, I’m actually installing Runes of Magic also but into a hard disk cause I’m not sure the computer can afford the strain. I’m not sure how the game would be like but if it’s not good, I would still have good old ROHAN: Blood Feud to play with. So I’m playing both.
I actually made a quota for ROHAN: Blood Feud. Everyday, I would invest a few hours to up at least 2 levels. Any more and it’ll be bonus levels for that day. That way, I would eventually reach level 50 in 2 weeks. And eventually, level 9X. Not sure about Runes of Magic yet. We’ll see. It’s a bit slow to download, might finish tomorrow is I left it on but I’m really tired and the mosquitoes are having me for supper right now. So I’ll just leave it on tomorrow morning :D
Oh yeah, if anyone wants to play or is playing ROHAN: Blood Feud or Runes of Magic, please leave me a comment and your in game name so we can chat and party in game! The more the merrier!
Online Games
by Deviled Jess on May.22, 2009, under Archives
I have been immerse in playing online games these couple of days. This is of course, thanks to my holidays and it’s a way for me to destress. Until now, I haven’t gone to UTAR to confirm my results yet nor to check if I needed to take sub paper. But I’m going to check tomorrow. FOR SURE!
The online games I have been playing have been somewhat 3D of late. Before today, I was playing Eudemons. And now I’m currently downloading ROHAN: Blood Feud to play. Got bored with Eudemons last night :D I actually wanted to play Runes of Magic but my friend told me to get ROHAN: Blood Feud. So I did. Might as well la. Since we’re gonna be playing together, should get one that we both agree on.
Besides the graphics of that game looks quite okay. And there are so many classes to choose from. Personally, I’m going to be getting the Dark Elf as that’s the mage class. And I’m always favorable towards the mage classes ^^ I might try the elf class after that cause elf looks so nice too <3. The download is currently at 70%. Another 30% to go~ can’t wait :D
A fruitful beading session
by Deviled Jess on May.17, 2009, under Archives
Okay, so I promised to post some pictures about the free beading class today. And as promised, I’ve already took a handful of it and edited beautifully in Photoshop. There won’t be much to say as pictures say a thousand words. This happens to be my first ever beading class since all the other times I done beading, it was self-taught. Did I mention? I went for the class with my mom!
The tools and materials used in this beading session. (Wire, round-nose plier, flat-nose plier, wire cutter, measuring tape, assorted beads, and findings.)
We were told to choose any colored pearls we wanted. There were LOADS of colors. But of course, I chose my favorite. The dark purple. My mom on the other hand, chose a dark blue shade.
Here we have clear crystals, clear beads, metal beads, and some findings.
This is my finished necklace. Looks like it’s black, am I right?
Wrong. It’s obviously purple!
My mom’s finished necklace. Looks a bit like black too if you didn’t enlarge the picture.
Now you can actually see that it’s a shade of blue.
Now let’s compare them. See the color difference now? When pitted against each other, we can definitely tell the color of each necklace now.
The blue necklace (just to show how good I took the picture).
The purple necklace (again, just to show you my photo-taking skills).
They ALL MINE!!! I wish! Other than mine and my mom’s. The rest belongs to the other people who were there for the free class as well.
Another view of the many many sparkly necklaces. The necklace way at the back with the silver faux pearls is actually the sample we were suppose to follow. That one looks better because it had better findings. The host forgot to bring it, so we had to make use of alternatives. Oh well.
My finished set. Comprising of a necklace, a bracelet, and a pair of necklaces. Amount of time used, approximately 2-3 hours.

My mom and I.
Well guys, that’s it for the pictures. I hope you enjoyed the pictures as I enjoyed beading and taking them. That’s really all for now. But I’m gonna go out again on Monday so there’ll be more pictures after that too! I believe I’m now being a good girl to start blogging so much again. I can only blame my busy schedule for the past few years to take my pleasures of blogging away.
But all is not lost because I’m reviving and this blog will thrive again soon!
